Galaxy S23 Series 6.1.1 Camera Issue

Some S23 users have reported that the recent One UI 6.1 update (CXH7) is causing photos to appear blurry with ghost shadows when zoomed between 16x and 19.9x.

Temporary solution: Adjust your Intelligent Optimization settings to "Medium" or "Minimum".
