Galaxy S23 Ultra's March 2024 security update has firmware version S918BXXS3BXBD. This update fixes a bunch of issues to enhance security and stability. However, it does not include any new features or changes except security maintenance. The current update size is approximately 400MB.

This update has made my phone unusable unless contacted to WiFI

My S23U runs smoothly without any issues like the one you have. You may consider sending your device to a nearby Samsung service center for troubleshooting, before doing so you should back up all your data!

Since the update my phone only works when I'm connected to wifi or if I'm in a bigger town. Before update it worked perfectly everywhere I went. I even got a new Sim card thinking that was the issue but it wasn't. Bigger towns are far and few between where I'm at so I basically have a brick when I'm not at home on wifi.
