My galaxy s9 is always telling my storage (64GB) is full but when I look at everything taking up space, it's nowhere near 64 GB. I should have over 20GB available.
I've tried deleting so many things- I literally have only 60 pictures in my phones, only a handful of games/apps. I know it's an older phone but it's otherwise working well for me and 64GB should be more than enough memory for my use.
Hi, how about u go to Samsung's My Files? And check the exact cause.
