Game booster - block navigation gestures is disabled

 Why is that? It makes gaming so much worse, half the games I play are basically unplayable now

It's a known issue, started after the One UI 6 update. I dunno if it's a wide spread issue but so far I can only find a handful of reports regarding this, and unfortunately, I can't find any solution to this (that I can find). Unfortunately, I don't have the One UI 6 (Samsung delayed it for 3 months now on the A52 4G) so I can't test it on my end.

I also experience this issue on my s24 FE even after enabling the toggle for blocking of single swipe on navigation gesture its still not working

Wait I just noticed you are using the buttons instead of gestures.
Tried it on my end by using the button option, welp the navigation gestures on the game booster is grayed out (same thing on your screenshot) but if I switched to the navigation gesture instead of the button option the navigation gesture in the game booster is no longer grayed out.
