Why are some good lock apps not available in the ph like good guardian and the one for live wallpaper sharing

I guess philippines has complete set of good lock coz im watching yt usa reviewers and they mentioned about 20 apps available in good lock. Correct me if im wrong that good guardian is an older version of good lock which is no longer available now.

Goos guardian is for the battery. Some apps are missing on goodluck. The one where you share wallpaper on wonderland i forgot the name is also not available in the ph.

Im not talking about wonderland. Im taling about the other one to share wallpapers from wonderland. Galaxy to share
