S24u is outdated coz my A55 is now on April 1 released April 24. Is this the same with S25 patched Oct 1 and updated only on March 1?

You didnt update to march 1 prior to one ui7 update.

I updated it to the last available update, and then I did a FACTORY RESET like you always should when doing a big Android version upgrade.
