Galaxy SI have purchased Galaxy S23 half a year ago. It's been two days when I updated my phone and got a green line on the screen. I talked to their customer care and followed every possible step they told me to resolve the issue, but it still persists. They finally told me to visit nearby store and replace the screen, cost of which is needed to be borne by me. This is really unfair. There are Six members in my family, and everyone is using Samsung series. I am going to replace them all and not going to buy any of the gadget of this brand. I will surely recommend others also to do so. Highly disappointed.
