yes po I have contacted na CS ng create nadin cla ng ticket number ..adv din nila to visit nearest service center para ma check yung device. Hoping po ma fix sya kasi online po 15700php yung quote for lcd replacement walang physical damage yung device sana ma cover since known issue nman sya. thanks alot

yes called already cs and they have created ticket will have to revisit sc..hoping it will be foc due to software update not any mishandling.. thank you so much
