I just faced and aware of the green line issue when it happens to me yesterday (19/5/2024).

It happens due to an update by samsung but there's no solution to this issue....

Contacted MY service center and got suggested with a cost of fixing it is 690myr!?????

Hmm, really disappointing in Samsung. Never thought sticking with the Brand Samsung would get a payback in terms of green line :)

oh my god. How could such new model has this issue? This really makes people feel untrusty to buy Samsung phone especially used/pre-owned unit.

Indeed. In fact, this is quite a high-end phone, which I have never thought something like this would have happened... last month, it just marks 2 years of usage for this phone...
Really disappointing. MYR690 for the fix :)

true...in my case, I extend the warranty period for one more year...I believe 2 years is the designated life of an electronic device...after that it is bound to degrade itself
