Yes, my S21 also has 2 green lines randomly appeared. I haven't contacted as I am sure I will be told only way to resolve the problem is change screen & they charge $260 + labour fee $54.50 if phone is out of warranty. I have already paid once for my other phone S20+. Very disappointing to note this green line issue is so prevalent and yet Samsung chooses to sell the S series knowingly 😞
Same green line issue on my S22+. A visit to the service center offered me a quotaton of 450 S$ & a generous 1-month warranty for the replaced screen.
the web is full of such reported issues on Samsung phones, but looks like Samsung does not really bother. Needs some character & value system to acknowledge the defect and own the resolution.
