Has anyone received the OneUI 3.0 update for S20 Ultra (Smart Cellular)

I have never receieved an update for my S20 Ultra. My phone's software is still on February 2020 security patch.

I factory reset my phone yesterday because I thought that there might be a problem when I set it up last year and still, I have not received any software update.

It's either you go to a Samsung Service Center and let them update it for you, or you can flash the updates manually through Odin. This you can find more step by step tutorials in YouTube.

if your phone is locked to Smart, they can provide the update. or you can use Smart Switch for PC for faster updates

I tried to update my phone with Smart Switch PC, but there was no available update for the S20U.

I've talked to tech support and they suggested I go to a service center, which I did. But they wanted to reset my phone before updating and I did not have a recent backup. Backup your phone before going to a service center.

I just flashed my phone with Odin. I didn't need to reset my phone and it's surprisingly easy to do.
