High powered usb device connected issue

Hello, I bought a powerbank from TechLife its 10,000mah.I tried to charge the phone using the original samsung fast charge usb cord then this thing pop up and it won't charge the phone at all.

However when I use the usb type c from the powerbank it worked but I disliked it as it takes hours to charge the phone its like in default charging settings[no fast charge]. Is there a way to fix this?

Oh dang, there's a thing too for powerbank??yes no wonder when I use the samsung cord it didn't work.But it works with a different usb cord
