Few days ago, i am received s22+ that pre-ordered one from samsung official website. But sealing sticker is already broken by someone and the samsung care + also started beforev receive.
No it is not normal. Do not accept packaging with broken seal and it is the main purpose of the seal to ensure customers only receiving new unopened products.
