1. Galaxy A54 (brandnew/2nd hand prestine condition) 

2. Galaxy A34 (brandnew/2nd hand prestine condition)

This two smartphones has both water resistant, 4k both front and back camera, stereo speakers, OIS, eligible for 4 major updates, optical front fingerprint sensor. 

if your a camera person and dont want to break a bank. This two phones i will recommend but if you want a premium budget flagship 30k-40k. the galaxy s23fe is the latest from category or you can purchase the galaxy s23 2nd hand better than the latest fe. or you can wait for galaxy s24fe this coming october. scalps on!

those you foremention devices are not cheap at all. im referring about less than 15k budget. galaxy a35 is priced 19k while a55 is priced 22-25k is not a budget at all.
