Galaxy SI'm not sure about tracking IMEI, if you can't track it anymore, consider blocking the IMEI.

Galaxy SHello JakeChang,
Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to find out about tracking your lost Samsung Galaxy phone using its IMEI number.
Both replies of our dear Samsung members were correct and I highly advise you to follow Red0902's advice to block your phone IMEI first through NTC with the below requirements.
- Duly accomplished and notarized Affidavit of Ownership and Loss with Undertaking, which you can download from the NTC website.
- Scanned copy of the box or official receipt with IMEI printed.
- Scanned copy of two valid IDs (at least one government-issued ID).
Should you need further assistance and guidance, you may contact us via our online Samsung Customer Care support channels below.
