Hi, I am newbie here, S23 Ultra 5G user, few videos that captured with UHD 60 or 30 fps when I upload to Instagram story, it becomes whitish or bright video, and sometimes the video becomes stretched /widen. May I know what's the issue?

I have to keep to HD 30fps format to get a normal post in Instagram Story.

Kindly advise. Tq

I do have similar issue when I 1st got my s24 ultra, had issue. Certain video on tiktok will automatically turn the brightness. When opening instagram, when swiping the notification bar, the notification brigthen up. But thankfully when updating to 6.1, everything turned ok then. So not sure how you can fix this issue

Usually this happens on YouTube. Because when a HDR video is playing the phone brightness automatically go up. Not sure for ig/tiktok.

i am pretty sure IG only support HD from main camera app except your video got a lot of views then IG will increase your video quality, or simply capture your moment directly thru IG camera so you get the best video to upload to your IG and perhaps edit it thru capcut for better result

and as for bright video thanks to HDR feature, you need to turn off that feature somewhere in your settings > display, i don't own an S series phone and my samsung phone doesn't have HDR capability but i read other thread that you can turn off this feature
