THANKS SAMSUNG SINGAPORE FOR BRINGS ME THIS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE.

I ORDERED A NEW PHONE AND REQUEST TO CHANGE ADDRESS BUT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER FOR NO REASON.

I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SOLVED THE ISSUE FOR ME. IN THE END THEY BEING IRRESPONSIBLE AND ASK ME TO REORDER AGAIN.

THIS IS FREAKING WASTING MY TIME AND I LOSS ALL THE SAMSUNG POINT AS I SUPPOSED TO EARN.

IS THIS HOW SAMSUNG SINGAPORE HANDLE THE TROUBLE THAT THEY BROUGHT TO CONSUMER??

bro, before making an order make sure you put the correct address, it's definitely your fault why did you put your old address?

 

i don't try to defend samsung, but how many people out there always forget to put new address, like come on you can always change your current address to a new one before placing an order, be a smart buyer please anyone who read my comment

YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND EVEN I REQUEST TO CHANGE ADDRESS ALSO PART OF THE RIGHT OF CONSUMER BEFORE THEY DELIVERY THE ITEM.

AND OBVIOUSLY IS DIFFERENT THINGS OF WHAT YOU MENTIONED. I REQUEST TO CHANGE ADDRESS BUT THEY FREAKING CANCEL MY ORDER.

CAN'T YOU TELL THE DIFFERENT AND HOW IRRESPONSIBLE OF THEM DOING THING AFTER THEIR MISTAKE AND THE TROUBLE THEY BROUGHT TO CONSUMER
