MCK Code

Hello, I was provided a code to unlock my S20 ULtra 5G from ATT, but now it is asking for an MCK code and I am told I can only get it from you. What information do you need from me?

An MCK (Master Control Key) code for a Samsung phone is a network unlock code needed when a carrier-locked device asks for it after too many incorrect SIM PIN/PUK attempts

I think its needed once you exhaust your every NCK attempt (Network Control Key).

Oh no, don't try to guess the MCK code, since if you put it incorrectly too many times, it will no longer accept all codes (including the correct one). To pass that menu, you have to tell your carrier or Samsung to ask for your specific IMEI (found in *#06#). And then ask the NCK (network code key) from your carrier to be permamently unlocked from your original carrier.
