Microsoft Teams notification not working on device

MSTeams notification no longer working on S20+. This happened after recent updates. Been using Teams for more than 2 years already & was working fine than. Please resolve this.

First, prioritize notifications from Teams.

• Open the Settings app.

• Tap Apps.

• Select Teams.

• Under App Setting, tap Notifications.

• Toggle on Set as priority.

Then, exclude Teams from battery optimization.

• Open the Settings app.

• Tap Device management.

• Select Battery.

• Tap Unmonitored apps.

• Add Teams to the list.

Try above mention steps.

Thanks all. Got rectified. For S20+, go Setting>Optimise Batt Usage>Disable Teams. Maybe the term "Unmonitored apps" has changed. Anyways once again, you all have been a great helping comunity. Stay Safe.

@Azaash , Pertaining to your issue, if the issue only occurred from Microsoft Team apps and other apps notification are working as usual, potentially the recent update may cause the apps are not fully functional.

Perhaps the recent update from the device are not match with the current Microsoft Teams apps version.
