Netflix Error 5.7

Hi, anyone with the same experience of encountering Netflix Error in Samsung s21? 

I notice that every time, after turning my phone back on, all the downloaded items won't open and an error 5.7 will prompt. Any resolution on this? 

This is mainly the reason why I can't do the update. 😅 I don't want to re-download my pending KDrama's. It would have been nice if I did not lose the code for free 1 year viu... 😪😪

It's the latest update. It broke netflix, nba and also smart view.

Ugh so annoying. Samsung should fix this ASAP.
