Network Issue on S22 Ultra

My S22 Ultra got some issue on network. It really hard to get signal, it appear that my phone got no network or emergency call only. If i get any 4G, the internet still cannot connect. If i got my 5G connection, only can last about a few second or minute, then will change to no network. I already compare to my wolife iphone with the same Digi provider, her phone seem to work just fine. I positively think, its my phone software or hardware problem. Just curious, does anybody who using S22 Ultra got the same issue as me.

is a global problem, many users facing same problems. can search it on google. is a common hardware problem.

Hey there! I had the same issue... we tried replacing the SIM card reader, that didn't work. 

 

Come to find out my FPC (something to do with the antenna) had been knocked loose when I dropped it. They replaced it and it's worked great ever since. 

 

Same thing happened with my husband's S22 ultra too. Maybe check into that?

have you guys go to service center? I don't know why so many having same problems but service center say this is not a common issue.

I've been there. They said, i need to left the phone there for 2 days or more to diagnose. Possibility on motherboard or receiver, gonna cost you about RM400 - RM1900.

So the problem is, why the motherboard or receiver have issue? and why so many users facing same problems? Totally is quality problem!

Hi All, I'm from UK and have the same problem for 2 months now with Galaxy S22 Ultra, also tried everything including booking Samsung repair service. Engineer tested phone and stated that this is network issue as the network is prohibits the phone from connection but this is not true as it seems to happen in all networks. I now just traveled abroad from UK and phone worked well for few hours when in roaming and then all problems with internet and network started again. I think I'll send it to Samsung when back, maybe they will do something, phone still have warranty so they have to fix it somehow and it's crazy that even for the top range phone owners Samsung seems to not be keen to find the solution for this global problem. Honestly if this is notfixed quickly I'm switching to Motorola!!
