Not able to get notifications when using wechat

I encounter problem on my Samsung galaxy s25 ultra that when people using wechat to voice or video call me. I will not get notifications until I open the app. While I can get notifications when they send only wechat messages. I.check all notifications settings..all are turned on. May I know any solutions? Thanks
