Not able to open links directly in Whatsapp

Can anyone , it works for Facebook, TikTok and some websites linkages but most of time, it just defaults to "No Internet" connection error message. Can anyone help? Thanks.

p.s. I have enabled phone to allow for pop-ups already.

1. to be able open a link inside any app you need Android WebView to be up to date or don't disable it

2. make sure you don't use any private DNS, because certain private DNS can prevent you from opening a link inside an app because that private DNS thinks that link is an ads so you have been blocked to open that link

 

well i hope this helps, because i encounter the number 2 and i never use private DNS ever again, and for number 1 i know most people don't even know what's Android System WebView's function, at least now you know

Worse case, uninstall whatsapp then install again.
