Galaxy S
Europe's region schedule said likely in December, along with other S22 series/regular S21 series.
Samsung Malaysia doesn't provide us with official schedule so we never know.
Could be tomorrow (copium 😪), could be next week, could be next year even...?

Just being a little critique here, i wonder why samsung cant release it globally, are there any problems with it? I mean we live in a technology world already, but everything seems slow. Idm actually, it's just me wondering.

Galaxy S
Different build numbers, features differences, and Samsung releasing soooo many phones and tablets. There could be other reasons too but uncertain.
S and Z series are always top priority, but even then, the A73 somehow got updated to OneUI 6 faster than S22/S21/FE series.
Speaking of being critical...
I hate to say this, but Samsung should just let go of all M / F series, A0x series, LTE version phones that has inferior chipsets, or any devices that doesn't sell as much if they really wanna simplify their Galaxy phone lineup. They're just straight up e-waste. If Samsung was able to let go of A7x series, why can't they do the same with inferior phones? Also to me, all M series are useless. They only boast massive battery capacity, and that's it.
