My week usage as a student nurse

The One UI 7 (almost 4 weeks on my phone now) is draining my battery very fast compared to One UI 6.1

I now have to charge my phone 3-4 times per day rather than 2 times per day on One UI 6.1

Phone specs:
S22 Ultra 12GB/256GB Snapdragon | Philippine Unlocked Model

Daily routine:
A student nurse who has 8 hours of hospital duty or 8 hours of lecture. Using the phone for email, texts, social media using Wifi only. I don't frequently use mobile data because it causes the phone to heat up even in idle. Have the AOD turned off.

Samsung please fix this!

I did try using battery saving mode, but it only makes a small difference. Around 45mins to 1 hour

Try to downgrade the display resolution to 1920x1080 FHD

I'm not sure if this would help, but you can actually remove some animations or set your device to its standard. Since the One U1.7 became everything smoother, and this actually is the cause to make a battery-life draining, it uses 80-90 Hz. I just got the update the other day, so I'm also doubting about my One Ui.7 experience

Maybe you can try wiping the cache partition in Recovery Mode? After the update, I immediately went into the recovery mode and wiped the cache 3 times, and my phone (A55) survived 10 hours of SOT on standard refresh.
