This is just my own perspective. The worse one ui for s23 ultra.
1. No now brief even can support. In one ui 7, it can be tweaked to use now brief, now one ui 8 do the same way but no longer working.
2. Less/missing some AI features
3. Suggested wallpaper also missing
4. Battery drain very fast even after factory reset and wipe cache. Understood is under learning pattern usage, but in all previous one ui, learning pattern usage won't drain so fast. Now drain pretty fast.
5. Eat up a lot memory.
6. No big changes also, same like one ui 7.
The only changes are the lockscreen clock (like a depth effect)
So, for me is just a useless one ui 8 for s23 ultra.
It is best for s24 series and s25 series. But not for s23 series
