Am I the only person who have issues with entering the pin password? Before the oneui 7 update, I can enter my PIN correctly. However after updating oneui 7, it keeps telling me my PIN is wrong. I have searched Reddit, seems like some of the user is having same issue as well

You're not alone in experiencing this issue. Many users have reported problems with PIN recognition after updating to One UI 7. This appears to be a known bug affecting various Samsung Galaxy devices, including the S22 Ultra, S23, and S24 series.

🔍 Understanding the Issue

After the One UI 7 update, some users find that their devices no longer accept their correct PINs, effectively locking them out. This problem persists even after multiple attempts, and in some cases, users are unable to perform a factory reset.

Possible Solutions

1. *Use Samsung's Find My Mobile*: If you've registered your device with Samsung's Find My Mobile service, you can attempt to unlock your phone remotely. Visit [Find My Mobile](https://findmymobile.samsung.com) and log in with your Samsung account to see if the unlock option is available.

2. *Factory Reset via Recovery Mode*: If remote unlocking isn't an option, you may need to perform a factory reset. To do this:
- Turn off your device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset" and confirm with the Power button.
- Note: This will erase all data on your device.

3. *Contact Samsung Support*: If the above methods don't work, reach out to Samsung Support for assistance. They may provide further solutions or service options.

📢 Samsung's Response

Samsung has acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, it's advisable to report your experience through the Samsung Members app to help them track and address the problem more effectively.

Try Factory reset

I always factory reset then update, no issue all the while when OS upgrade 😊
