I pre order this online exclusive graphite colour on 14/7/2022 But system recorded as "grey". I Did not receive the free gifts as promotion. When call Samsung customer service told me I not eligible for the gift (she said I order on 14/7) which the new current promo start on15/7(she was referring to latest promo). The fact is I ordered during the pre order promo which ended 14/7/2022 11.59.59. Feel disappointed as she supposed aware of the pre order promotion.
