Overview button doesn't work

My overvire/recent apps button isn't working, i tried going to safe mode and reboot, I'm using Galaxy J7 Pro btw

Before you try out below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software is updated with latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in following order. 

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device. 

Step 5. Try and check if the Overview button is working now.

I have the same issue on Galaxy A13 5G, the software is up to date. We'll I think just started after sofware update.. 

Any fixes yet?
