The delays ain't no joke. It would be best not to care too much and use it for like 5/6 years after that swap to other brands. Mine is S24U. Tbh, i'm so disappointed in samsung and planning to move on to another brand. I think it's time to try Oneplus. For now, i'll just wait patiently or "play along" with samsung.
