I've experienced this about a handful of times, I think since I updated to One UI 7. Sometimes, my phone goes completely silent, and volume buttons don't work. It lasts for around 30 seconds to a minute. I've no idea what it is, and Nice Catch don't seem to help as it always has empty records for some reason. Just now though, while I was connected to a Bluetooth speaker, it happened again, but this time, there was a phone call ring, similar to a Messenger call ring. There are no notifications or alerts about it, so I just wait it out, but it's such a disappointment consideringI can't do anything about it. Has anybody had this issue?
I've experienced it too several times on my S24 (One UI 8.0). By coincidence each time it happened screen was unlocked and I was using the phone. There was nothing happening at the moment, just phone ringing with my ringtone. I've checked notification history and each app that could have made a call but found nothing.
Only thing I can think of that could have triggered it is that I was setting google dialer and samsung dialer as a default back and forth a couple of times right before the last time it happened.
