I pre-order last jan 21 with delivery date 3-10 days by feb 19. When i check status now it says "awaiting dispatch", get it by jan 26. I chatted samsung expert and she says to ignore delivery status as their program is having problem now, delivery stays the sane as said upon pre-order. This is so confusing that samsung keeps their app online thou they know they have problem and without informing us. Is this the galaxy experience they want us to feel? Im so disappointed that they are playing with my feelings so excited to see awaiting dispatch by jan 26, which is not true. Too bad.😬😬😬
Kasi if the status is Awaiting Dispatch and the date says get by the 26th, which is tomorrow, I assume that a tracking number has been issued already and/or the courier has contacted you already.
Anyway, I have the same status as you but the get by date is on the 29th.
I already said. According to samsung expert there is problem in their order status app. She ask me to ignore the status and it is still feb 19. Those who order jan 18-20, that is first batch, jan 21 is second batch for feb 19 delivery. My complain here is that how come they keep the app online if they have program error. Why not shut it down first and say under maintenance rather than fooling us users.
That is not my point, im willing to wait as originallt stated feb 19 delivery. My point is their giving wrong info, as i said if they are aware that their app has issues, turn it off and say under maintenance rather than giving wrong information misleading to customer
I hear you, and I am on the same boat as you. I think it's better that they hide it for the meantime and fix it so that it will not confuse the customers.
