Pre-Order Status: S24 Ultra

Almost mid-February and still no sign of the pre-ordered flagship phone. I'm now losing the eagerness and excitement. Should I hit the black button to cancel? Samsung failed to plan ahead and manage the pre-orders accordingly. I've been a Samsung user for almost a decade now so experiencing this is quite frustrating.

Yes super worth it traded in my s23u and my consideration as well is the guaranted 7 years of software update compared to only 4 years of s23.

I personally think the 7 years software update is more of a gimmick though. like your battery will die in 3-5 years. and yeah you can have it replaced but I doubt people will keep their phone for 7 years considering the updates we got from s21u to s24u has been very minimal. which makes me believe that in 7 years, there will be some genuine new tech or impressive upgrade that will want to make people switch anyway.

Taking good care of battery is my concern thats why i set my battery protection to maximum. Samsung already knows that so they give us option for battery protection. I dont have plans of changing phone whenever new technology comes, im not a rich boy....

Bro sad to say but that is alarming coz normally if there is delayed in delivery, they changed the delivery status. I suggest you dm teamgalaxy janine, she can directly follow up an order just like what she did on mine. Hoping you get yours and all of you the soonest possible time. Dont let anger and disappointment overcome your excitement.

Update: I received my pre-order unit last night. Website status got updated last Feb. 12 and the unit was delivered 4 days after. Trade in transaction was smooth. The delay was on me since i backed up my S22 ultra and file transfer conducted from my old phone.
