Problem with ringtones

Hello.

I just received samsung galaxy s21 (phantom pink) as my birthday present. I have difficulty to listen to my ringtone. Anyone have same problem with me?

Probably try to change to a different ringtone or set the sound to immediate high straightaway.

Sure tq. It all settle now. I contact samsung center and reset it. Now everything seem fine.

Ringtones always can setup manual in setting colum. Once you get dual sim also can setup the ringtones .
