"Awaiting Dispatch"

So.. I pre-ordered the S24 Ultra last January 21. After maadjust yung supposed to be delivery date, nagcheck ako ulit today and nabago na yung delivery status nya from "Preparing order" to "Awaiting Dispatch" and Get it by Feb.17 which is TODAY! Accurate kaya to? Cos until now nag-aantay ako and wala pa si courier. Hindi ako makaalis ng bahay or makapagplan ng lakad cos of this. I don't wanna miss the delivery cos almost 1 month na inintay ko. 

Anyone ba na may experience if accurate yung date pag Awaiting dispatch na?? TIA!!!

Mine's still in preparing order status. I ordered Jan 18 -.- and still havent receive any updates nor text

When you order what is promised delivery date?

Promised delivery date is 3 to 10 days from Jan 24

Thats too long delayed unless they changed date now. I suggest you dm TeamGalaxy moderator and seek for help. Mine was followed up by TeamGalaxy Janine and received my order after 3 days. But note that my order was with consegnia already at that time.
