Hi Tarver0470! You have to toggle this on through your messages app.

1. Launch your Messages app
2. Tap the three dots on the top right of the screen
3. Settings > Chat settings

I did that already. It's not there

Try this instead:

1. Launch Settings
2. Go to Connections
3. Scroll all the way down to More connection settings
4. Tap on Rich Communications, and follow the instructions there

It's not there either. Maybe Samsung has stopped using RCS?
