RCS on Google Messages (Updated!)

Ive recently moved from Samsung Messages to Google Messages.

Trying to set up the RCS for my S22 U, at first it says that "RCS arent available for this device". However, after an hour, the RCS chats suddenly becomes available with the status "Setting up...". 

How long do i need to wait for it?
