Hey, when you say still same were you referring to the switch to sim2?

Did sim2 change anything for you?

Am pretty sure that they are aware of it but have yet to address it at all. The issue seems pretty wide spread and is happening on overseas handset as well. Can't say I am not disappointed as well. A $2000 phone yet cannot even perform normally.

Went to Samsung Service center today and they did an diagnostic check. From the report they can see the number of drop calls and receptionissues. They think is the 5G issue and asked me to disable my 5G and just use 4G LTE while they share my diagnostic data with their technical team. The lady mentioned I am the 3rd s22 ultra she had handled for the same problem in 2 days. so my suggestion for the rest of you do drop by and register the issues. A joke that a 5G phone cannot use 5G. She will call me back once there is a solution

I sent my s22 ultra to plaza sing and got it back yesterday with the diagnosis as 'no issues'.

on the same day, I went to singtel shop to change a new sim card as advised by singtel hotline.

Today I've had signal drops 5 times in the last hour.

Why don't you try the vivo city service. The lady customer officer just do the diagnostic in front of me and is able to read the diagnostic information infront of me. Can show how many drop call and to what reason.

There is an software update today. But package size is not too big but hope it can correct the 5G reception issues. Keep fingers cross

The update seems to have brought some stability to signal for me. Did it help for you guys too? Still not the best and no where near my old s20 U but at least I'm not seeing complete 0 signal or non stop switching between 5g and 4g every few sec

Still experiencing the same problem. My S22 Ultra on the left and Iphone 13 on the right. Both phones are side by side and on Singtel. The S22U has no signal and cannot connect to the Internet. Apple has full bar 5G and is working fine.

Ultra is seriously having some issues either hardware or software. We r paying 2k for a phone tat can't even utilise 5g network. I had to use 4g instead..... and I'm paying for 5g service.... from singtel

found a solution to this from hardware zone. basically is to disable one of the 5g network switching protocol. So far it is working well!
