Don bother text or call sumsung their management is totally useless when come to handle customer service empty promise from service manager twice treat me like a fool keep calling in and ask for my case update always say get the relevant team call back but end up totally been pushing around endless waiting now stuck with this defeat set paying some much money end up getting cheapo phone that is SUMSUNG
