Anyone encounter sudden green line for their S22 ultra device. The customer 'not so' helpline quoted 453 SGD for the panel replacement curtly taking no responsibility. Such a scam company, quoting absurd price for their lousy quality control. Was looking to upgrade to S25 series but not buying Samsung anymore. 🤢

Same to my S21+. After updated my phone, green line appear in a hour. Who's should hold responsibility for the new update that caused this issue.

Samsung don't seem to care if it happens outside the warranty, even if they caused it. I'm trying to lodge a complain with case in Singapore. Not sure if they can do anything. 😒

Unfortunately, filing a report with CASE is unlikely to resolve your issue, as 48 reports about this issue have already been submitted since November last year, according to CNA news

Apologies for the bad news, but it’s not possible to hold anyone accountable for the issue you’re facing.

Also this is a hardware-related issue involving the green line display, and expecting a software update to resolve a hardware defect is not feasible.

What you’re saying isn’t accurate.

Samsung A series users can also experience the green line display issue.
