Galaxy SThe response from the agent on the call was the same as the service center guys. "We have to abide by Terms & Conditions. Since phone is out of warranty, you will have to pay for the repair".
I think by now everyone knows that for out of warranty a customer has to pay for repair. What baffles me is that since this GREEN screen is a worldwide issue, why is Samsung not providing a resolution? Being a big brand and a flagship product, they should have some decency to support customers. There are numerous examples where a company recognizes a fault in their product and helps the customer. For example: If a car manufacturer has understood that there is an issue in one of the car model, they would recall and repair it for the car owners without charging them.
Please own the issue Samsung before it goes out of control.
