S20 note ultra screen replacement update

Has anyone collected their repaired phone? How long was the whole repair time line? I have sent in mine but it's been a month with no stocks of screen reply. Has anyone also noticed that the earlier posting about the free replacement is missing?

Apparently the free replacement ended 30 March 2024. One month???????

the campaign was posted by a member here. i commented on that thread too. but its no longer online. i m not sure what happened.

the campaign started december 2023  ends on 30th March 2024.

I really am a Samsung fan , but probably those coming out of China are worth a look now.

while my phone was being repaired, i am using Honor cheap phone as a replacement phone. Honor battery could last me 2 days without charging while using all the same daily apps i was using on my note 20ultra. samsung battery ***.

i have been using samsung since like galaxy series started, then i moved to note 1, note 4, and note 20 ultra. never used others but this time, i m really considering others.
