S20 Ultra 5G Screen Flickering and Heating Issue After One UI 5

Please release a patch update. The problem isn't the screen but the update that heats up the device and flickers the screen. How did I know? Because the boot up screen and always on display isnt flickering only the home screen. The heating issue immediately start after you exit the always on display or after unlocking the screen to proceed to the home/main screen. Please do an action immediately before this bug totally destroy our display and battery. Your expensive service and part replacement sn't worth the price.

You can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display" & "Power/Battery/Charging".

Step 4. Describe each problem in details and SEND.

If the problem persists, immediately bring your device to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center.

I had the same issue yesterday after upgrading from Android 12 to Android 13. As usual, Samsung gave a stupid answer that your device is out of warranty, and you need to pay **bleep** amount to replace the screen. Wake up Samsung, there are so many people having the issue, and you're indirectly robbing your customer.

The only solution is to replace the display chip of the display which is attached on the displays flex cable. Hoping that I we could find one since AMOLED display is so expensive.

I just noticed today that the screen of my Samsung S20+ is flickering. Maybe it's bcos my phone is always in dark mode. But when I opened an app with a white interface, I noticed that the screen is flickering. It's really distracting.
