S20FE updated to Android 12 but still no Google Discovery

After the long wait of one UI 4 but still stuck with Samsung free only

Only selected model by samsung have the option to switch betwen samsung free or google feed.

Best solution as of now:
1. Use third party launcher e.g nova launcher; or
2. disable samsung free, and you place google search widget on your homescreen, from there just tap the G icon and there you go, your google feed

I understand we could access it manually, but why can't Samsung made all s20 series with Google Discovery by including s20fe too?

in my opinion, they build and fork out their own version of android (one ui), in that sense, of course they wanted their target consumer (in this case s20 series fan edition, there's a reason why fan is there) to use over their own products. In return, they can create their own consumer base which favour over their apps development, and for them, they can generate revenue (sort of) through promoted article in the sense of ads revenue or network traffic.

almost every essential apps from stock android have their samsung counterparts e.g calendar, calculator, gallery, play store, google feed etc.
