Galaxy S
Hello everyone, i have s21 fe exynos variant 8/256 bought it last September 26, 2022. In this case i have problem with the vertical lines green/white lines. My phone doesn't have crack/dents or moisture, I'm just watching tiktok and then suddenly the vertical line appears. first it was pink and then it became visible turning to green and then i tried to restart it because i thought it was some of glitches on apps and then when it opened now all i have is the white line. I recently go to there service center SM NORTH EDSA, the support said that i have to pay charges since my warrant has ended. It was 11k PHP which i don't understand since it doesn't have a physical damage nor it was my fault damaging the LCD. The thing is, I think i was going to get a free check up to make a solution for it or just telling me how is it damage. It is my fault or the Software and hardware? I was kinda sad when i search up on the internet showing samsung on other countries that they have a free LCD for the people who has the warranty ended. Don't get me wrong i want to pay, sure. but i don't think its worth it for some reason that are they guaranteed that the vertical lines are not going back? Second, No free check up because i want to know if it was my fault or not.
I think Samsung should care more about this stuff because, yes we have the warranty for 1 year but we dont know what year would probably destroy our phone right? I think we need discount samsung lol :)
Please help me. What should i do?
