S21+ Not getting Notifications for Facebook Messenger

Hi all, 

Recently after the October Update, my phone has not been receiving notifications for a few apps like Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have given in unrestricted battery usage and also clean my phones cache. But its still happening. Anyone else have this issue?

app just recently updated and still the same. Maybe gotta wait for next Software update
