S23 ULTRA STUCK ON DOWNLOADING AFTER ONE UI 6

I had an update today size was around 3GB +. After downloading i pressed install. The phone restart and start to install. After install it when to blackscreen n now its stuck on this downloading screen cant do anything. Anyone facing this issue ?
