S21 Plus: Warning Camera Failed

Anyone experienced this in their S21 Plus?

I already did the ff. troubleshooting:

- Restart

- Clear Cache

- Clear Data

- Run in Safe Mode

Camera is working when accessing Instagram, Messenger. Started having trouble with my phone when I updated to one ui‍ 4

test camera sa diagnostics, if it's working, then probably just a software issue .. if all else fails to solve the issue, like wiping the camera app's data and factory reset. pa reprogram mo na sa Service center

Click the Security Risk notification and find out what the problem is. Usually the logs aren't supposed to be touched but ok.

Also did it mention what apps are using those services. Is your phone locked or unlocked (jailbreak), do you have apps that were downloaded outside of the Google App, or did you download from an Untrusted link?
