Who else did experience the same?
Touch responses only with navigation and in settings app. Needs restart para gumana ulit.

Happened twice already after the first One UI4 update last November.
This one is the third time running with the latest december update.

Go to settings > Apps > Look for Energy Ring App. If you have uninstall it.

Try this one as well.

 

Settings > Display > Motion Smoothness > Select Standard > then Apply.

Try doing safe mode as well.

If still doing the same thing with safe mode

Factory Data Reset if didn't fix

Service is last option

Auto shutdown happens five to six times a day after i updated my software. Other than clearing cache of my apps, realized that i haven't updated most of my apps at Playstore. As soon as I did that, issues have been resolved. Merits checking :)
