S22+ having green and pink line after April software update-Singapore

Anybody facing same issue. . I am based out of Singapore.

Samsung India is replacing for this software update issue. Anyone can let me know when is the replacement for Singapore?

Yes! We need this in sg too. My s21+ have the same green line issue after an update. And the customer service informed that the replacement is 260++! How is this acceptable? Even sending them for diagnostics is also chargeable

I encountered the same issue in my S22+ (used only 1+ yr) after the v6.0 upgrade on 16 Apr 2024. Today i went to the service center and was told to pay for the replacement with $303 by myself. I am very disappointed and going to file a CASE.

Yeah please proceed. . I can support as well. . Samsung Software update issue and we do not have to pay . . Samsung India is giving free replacement.

I complained on this forum and was informed to go down for evaluation and pay for the screen replacement. Just bad luck after upgrade.

Support called and informed that we need to bear the cost even if its Software upgrade issue. . Not customer friendly
